NUR 902 : DNP SCH PROJECT II: METHODOLOGY

This course is the second in a series of four Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) practicum courses that will guide DNP students through the achievement of advanced competencies necessary to improve nursing practice, clinical decision-making, healthcare outcomes, relevant health policy and/or education. Students will continue the next phases of the DNP Project which include leading a team through project design and methodology, alignment of an implementation framework, plan for data collection and analysis, and development of an anticipated project timeline. This course will culminate in oral presentation of the DNP Scholarly Project proposal and initiation of the processes for Institutional Review Board (IRB), project site, and nursing faculty approvals for project implementation.
