NUR 632 : FACILITATE LEARNING
This graduate-level course prepares nurse educators to effectively facilitate learning across diverse academic and clinical environments, exploring evidence-based teaching strategies, adult learning theories, curriculum alignment, and inclusive pedagogical practices. Students will examine learner-centered approaches, integrate technology to enhance engagement, and apply reflective and scholarly teaching methods. Emphasis is placed on fostering critical thinking, promoting active learning, and adapting instruction to meet the needs of varied learners, including those from underrepresented and nontraditional backgrounds.
