INT 120 : ESSENTIALS OF SCHOLARSHIP
This course is designed for students who are facing academic challenges. It is designed to address the major academic and personal skill areas that affect student performance and quickly intervene with changes that can work across genres and academic disciplines. The class will address strategies for dealing with lengthy and complex readings, increase student fluency in academic writing, strengthen the analytical and evaluative skills of scholarship, and develop individual plans to meet academic goals. This course is excluded from the "Repetition of Courses" policy as it is not required for graduation and is designed to provide academic support to students whenever they need it; repeatable for credit up to 6 credit hours.
