SOWK 611 : DYNAMICS OF SOCIETY AND SOCIAL CHANGE
This graduate-level course introduces students to a range of theories of how societies function, why, to what effects, and the dynamics through which social change does or does not unfold. Students will develop knowledge and skills to critically assess different theories and their usefulness for understanding different current social contexts and problems.
