SOWK 614 : POPULATIONS AND PROBLEMS - ADULT WELLBEING, PSYCHOPATHOLOGY AND PSYCHODIAGNOSTICS
Building on the generalist curriculum, this course introduces students to foundational knowledge and skills for understanding, applying, and critiquing ideas from the DSM-5-TR as a way to interpret and plan for effective social work practice to respond to adults’ experiences, needs and strengths.
Prerequisites
Acceptance in the Advanced Standing MSW program OR successful completion of the generalist MSW curriculum.
