INT 200 : RESIDENT ADVISOR TRAINING

The Resident Advisors are student leaders living and working within the university’s residence halls and this course is facilitated through sessions in student development theory, values clarification, identity development, crisis intervention counseling, leadership training, small group communications, presenting and public speaking, conflict mediation and other skills utilized in the role. Required for all first-time resident advisors. Course is taught on a pass/no credit basis.
