COMM 202 : REGISTER FOR BUAD 202

Focuses on critical aspects of organizational behavior and interpersonal communication. Covers topics such as systems theory; organizational culture and learning; and individual, team, and group dynamics, as well as other vital areas such as conflict resolution and negotiation. Understanding of the centrality of communication in person-to-person relationships, and recognition and acceptance of diversity are critical elements on a micro and macro level.
